In all, AnswerNet has more than 10,000 satisfied clients and we process over 125 million interactions per year.Summary of Position:In the Marketing Manager role, you will work closely with your marketing teammates to help organize various projects and meet ongoing marketing and sales goals. You also will work with individuals across multiple departments including sales, operations, and customer service.Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:• Edit/proofread content for blogs, press releases, articles, white papers, case studies, etc.

  • Help with the coordination and planning of industry events, trade shows, and conferences• Manage promotional materials, presentations, and other collateral pieces• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns• Ensure all assigned projects are completed thoroughly and on time
  • Create and deploy email and social media campaigns• Host training meetings• Track and report metricsRequired Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:• Outgoing and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask• Keen attention to detail - this is essential!• Above-average written and oral communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines• Experience with WordPress, Photoshop, and Adobe programs a plus
