Job Summary

As an Incident Response Senior Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our remote customer care team in delivering exceptional incident response services to our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and stay ahead of the competition. Your expertise, leadership skills, and passion for innovation will be essential in shaping the future of our incident response services and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective incident response strategies
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to ensure their growth and development
  • Recruit, staff, and manage a diverse and effective team to meet business needs
  • Drive sales methodologies and campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and participate in compensation and benefits discussions with team members
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in sales, go-to-market (GTM) roles, or related fields

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects with measurable outcomes
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed, global environment
  • Strong understanding of client and industry environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies
  • Experience working directly with sales teams and outreach groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

  • Experience in online security and cybersecurity
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
  • Ability to create and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools
