Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with order placement, product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:
