About the Role

As a Visa Consultant, you'll play a critical role in assisting our UK-based corporate clients, including large businesses and professionals in senior positions, with their visa and passport needs. This is a multi-role position that spans visa consulting, customer service, operations, and administration, offering a unique opportunity to develop a broad skillset in a dynamic, multi-role environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Visa Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Advising corporate clients and individuals on visa and passport application requirements
• Handling global mobility queries from HR and Mobility departments
• Reviewing, checking, and verifying documents for accuracy and compliance
• Troubleshooting client issues and providing accurate, efficient solutions
• Progressing clients through the application process step-by-step
• Identifying potential issues and providing clear, actionable advice
• Collaborating with internal team members across operations and logistics
• Supporting general administration and cross-functional duties as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Fluent written and spoken English – this is absolutely critical. Communication quality will be assessed during the recruitment process
• Experience in administration, customer service, or operations (experience across multiple is a plus)
• Proven ability to work with large organisations and professionals in senior roles
• Confident working with multiple departments within corporate environments
• Excellent document handling and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple cases concurrently

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely

Hours & Work Style

This is a remote position based on UK working hours (9:30AM – 5:30PM GMT/BST). You must be available to work within these hours consistently.
