Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and providing resolutions to billing, technical, and service-related issues
  • Offering a wide range of products and services to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities and processes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 year of prior customer care experience
  • Sales and/or technical experience in a service environment (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with computers and technology
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Internet connection of 50 MB or more, hard-wired (Ethernet connected) from the modem to your company PC
  • Company-provided computer equipment
  • Desktop work surface with room for 2 PC monitors
  • Personal cell phone with security application
  • Virtual work environment via company-provided webcam during all working hours
