Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
  • Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
  • Review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher

  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Quality Monitoring (QM) score of 95% or higher

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day

Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision
