About the Role

As a Customer Support Trainee, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, generating consumer loyalty, and ensuring our clients' confidence in their promotional goals. Responsibilities

• Respond resourcefully to customer requests and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
• Promote sales for client programs, products, and services, utilizing basic selling skills to engage and present solutions to customers
• Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions, ensuring seamless customer experiences
• Create an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and enthusiasm
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Customer Service Representative standards
• Multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow

• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
• Meet or exceed sales targets for client programs, products, and services
• Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions, with minimal errors
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and enthusiasm
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Customer Service Representative standards

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and speak to customers
• Flexible schedule, with a willingness to work varied shifts and adapt to changing priorities
• Preferred skills and experience:
  • Customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Cashier experience
