Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Work independently with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients

Essential Qualifications

* A working computer with a camera for Zoom meetings

  • A flexible schedule and ability to work independently
  • Excellent people skills, honesty, integrity, and dependability
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with union and association members
  • Knowledge of benefits and insurance products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
