Experienced Remote Phone Sales Representative Work From Anywhere in the US | Realistic 6-Figure Earnings Year 1 | Relevant Experience Required Job Summary OrderJunky is seeking a motivated and customer-focused B2B Phone Sales Representative with a background foundation in CEA/Hydroponics/Agriculture and solid successful experience working in sales. In this role, you will support outbound and inbound sales efforts for our wholesale commerce and supply chain platform. This role is responsible for engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, presenting platform solutions, and helping businesses improve procurement, ordering, and operational workflows through OrderJunky’s technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong phone sales skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships with business clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make sales calls to prospective business clients and leads
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding OrderJunky products, services, and integrations
  • Explain platform features, wholesale ordering solutions, and service benefits
  • Qualify leads and schedule demos or follow-up consultations
  • Build relationships with distributors, contractors, manufacturers, and wholesale buyers
  • Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call performance goals
  • Follow sales scripts, objection-handling processes, and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and follow-up
  • Stay informed on product updates, integrations, and company offerings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales experience
  • A background in CEA, Hydroponics, and/or Agriculture
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Basic computer and CRM software proficiency
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

  • B2B sales or inside sales experience
  • Experience with SaaS, wholesale platforms, or technology sales
  • Lead generation and appointment-setting skills
  • Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
