As a Senior Consultant, you will work collaboratively with our clients through strategic planning, process improvements, and enterprise-wide initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Leverage analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex business and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with small teams, helping teammates develop their skills and careers.
  • Lead clients through systems selection processes, identifying the right solutions to align with their business needs.
  • Support the planning and execution of technology implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user requirements.
  • Participate in all phases of project life cycles, including planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Present recommendations and findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Pariveda and client leadership to drive initiatives forward and achieve project success.
  • Actively engage in our culture of continuous learning, community service, social gatherings, and personal and professional development.
  • Work with smart, humble, and supportive people.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional consulting, client-facing, or other relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with technical leadership such as coaching others and/or leading pieces of projects (estimating/assigning tasks, putting together timelines, requirements gathering, design, etc.).
  • A strong understanding of technology-related projects, including systems selection, implementation processes, and IT delivery methods.
  • Ability to engage in technical conversations and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Skilled problem solvers with the desire and ability to create and implement innovative solutions.
  • Adaptable professionals capable of managing multiple responsibilities and adjusting to varied environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

  • While you don’t need to be deeply technical, you will need the ability to engage in technical discussions, understand system requirements, and support the successful delivery of technology-enabled transformations.
