As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering incoming chats, and providing exceptional customer service via our live chat channel.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Desk Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to end-users via live chat, ensuring high levels of first call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing a knowledge base tool and expertise to resolve issues efficiently, while maintaining accurate documentation in a ticket tracking system
  • Effectively managing multiple chats concurrently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a professional demeanor in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a chat support or technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to assess, triage, research, educate, and resolve incidents and requests related to enterprise software and hardware
  • High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic organization

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and ticket tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a 24x7x365 environment

  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Experience with knowledge base tools and ticket tracking systems
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software and hardware
