What we're looking for: As a Customer Success Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide innovative technical solutions to meet the complex needs of our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Triage and replicate support requests for the on-call engineering team * Provide implementation support for customer rollouts of new arenaflex offerings * Troubleshoot and answer technical questions from existing customers * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and deliver guidance to ensure customer satisfaction * Design and implement solutions that address customer challenges, ensuring they are practical and aligned with business objectives * Participate in technical discussions and presentations with clients, showcasing arenaflex's capabilities and solutions * Act as the voice of the customer within arenaflex, helping to shape the product roadmap by providing valuable insights and feedback based on customer needs * Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance our solutions and maintain a competitive edge You will be a fantastic fit for this role if: * You have 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on solution development, technical support, or related areas * You're comfortable working in JavaScript and have hands-on experience building with SDKs, ideally using React * You have at least two years of experience working in Web3 or blockchain technology, whether professionally or through personal projects, and are familiar with blockchain/on chain apps, authentication, and user management platforms * You stay up to date with emerging trends in digital and cloud technologies and enjoy working directly with customers * Strong communication skills are a must, and you thrive in collaborative environments * You must be based in the Americas to ensure timezone overlap with our team What you'll get: * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * The chance to work on cutting-edge technology and shape the future of money and digital assets * A remote-first work arrangement, with the option to work from our core hubs in New York, the Bay Area, or Miami How to apply: If you're passionate about solving challenging Web3 problems and want to be part of a revolutionary team, apply now to join arenaflex as a Customer Success Engineer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and deliver guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Develop innovative solutions that address customer challenges, ensuring they are practical and aligned with business objectives.
  • Triage and Replicate Support Requests: Actively manage and resolve inbound support requests, adhering to the SLAs defined for customer support tiers.
  • Participate in Technical Discussions: Engage in client-facing technical discussions and presentations, effectively showcasing arenaflex's capabilities and solutions.
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer within arenaflex, helping to shape the product roadmap by providing valuable insights and feedback based on customer needs
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to enhance our solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work across multiple teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to solution development and delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on solution development, technical support, or related areas.
  • Comfortable working in JavaScript and hands-on experience building with SDKs, ideally using React.
  • At least two years of experience working in Web3 or blockchain technology, whether professionally or through personal projects, and familiar with blockchain/on chain apps, authentication, and user management platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
  • Based in the Americas to ensure timezone overlap with our team.
