As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues related to our consumer finance and mortgage products. About the Role:

Under the supervision of the Servicing Manager, the Customer Service Specialist role will act as a liaison, providing product/service information, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns regarding arenaflex's consumer finance and mortgage products through incoming phone calls and email.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues to their satisfaction

  • Prepare and send payoff quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to incoming customer emails within target timelines, providing clear and concise information and solutions
  • Research and resolve complicated customer account issues, escalating to supervisors or other teams as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, providing accurate information to customers and internal stakeholders

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering top-notch service and resolving complex issues

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Positive attitude and ability to deal with clients at all stages of the process, from initial inquiry to resolution
  • Ability to provide solutions for all clients and educate them on arenaflex's products and services
  • Previous mortgage or consumer finance experience preferred, but not required

Additional Information:

* Compensation: $17.75/hour
