As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through direct messages on social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through direct messages on social media platforms - Log in to the business's social media account and engage with customers in a timely and professional manner - Utilize provided information and answers to frequently asked questions to resolve customer inquiries - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions with customers - Work independently and manage time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards - Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications

- Access to a device capable of using social media platforms - Capability to work independently and manage time effectively - Meticulous adherence to provided instructions and guidelines - Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week - Reliable internet connection - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and systems
