Experienced US Customer Support Agent – Tech Education and Training

As a remote-first organization, we mirror our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment, allowing us to connect with talented individuals from all over the world. We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team and help students from our international cohorts (mainly from the USA) throughout the learning process. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our students, answering their questions, relieving their doubts, and solving technical issues. If you're passionate about helping others, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of the tech industry, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Helping students by answering their questions in chat rooms and mail channels
  • Accompanying the learning process, communicating with the student guidance team
  • Working with a large amount of information and structuring it accordingly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An advanced level of English (C1)
  • Customer-oriented, enjoy helping people, and able to multitask
  • A general understanding of the IT industry and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python
  • An interest in the tech industry, ready to dive into it, understanding the processes of IT products, and online services
  • The ability to organize oneself, everyone, and everything around
