Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Assistant for arenaflex's Streaming Services

This role will play a critical part in driving the success of our streaming services, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+.

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing data to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection. Your expertise will help us identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring critical and lawful remediations. You'll collaborate with our occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing teams to ensure the integrity of our subscriber data and provide discounts when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage admission and record information requirements connected with subscriber informing drives (including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required).

• Develop queries based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for informing as well as remediation.
• Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
• Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information.
• Manage project planning and timelines and oversee cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
• Drive alignment across Information, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
• Collaborate with Data Products and Data Quality Designing to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience working with SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline

• 2+ years of analytical experience
• Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)

• Postgraduate education
• Knowledge of Wind current
