The Role

As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers across various channels, including live chat, email (tickets), phone, and screen shares. You will empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in our platform, collaborate with internal technical teams, and serve as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the arenaflex team. You will also lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit, create internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base, and advise customers about new features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers across various channels, including live chat, email (tickets), phone, and screen shares

  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in our platform
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and engage users for the full bug life cycle, from reports to verifying bug fixes
  • Serve as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the arenaflex team to advocate and help shape the best possible version of our product
  • Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit
  • Create internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base
  • Advise customers about new features and functionalities

Requirements:

* Experience providing customer or technical support. SAAS experience is a plus

  • Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools. Experience with Zendesk is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities are a must
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathetic, coachable, and collaborative
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt

Compensation and Benefits:

* For Colorado-based hires only: Compensation Range: $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
