What Our Customer Care Associates Do Daily

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the delivery process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone calls, emails, and chats with customers to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Researching and troubleshooting problems to find solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Documenting delivery information into our tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborating with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
  • Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary

What You'll Need to Be a Successful Customer Care Associate

* Ability to multitask on a computer while on a phone call, using multiple applications and software

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • Ability to listen attentively to customers, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
