What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Providing data and analytical support to multiple contact centers, including data extraction, analysis, and reporting
• Developing and maintaining complex data models and databases to support business decision-making
• Analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy and drive growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
• Strong experience with data extraction, control, and analysis from social data sets
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong SQL skills, including experience with database design and development
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* A graduate degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
