Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Experienced Customer Service Representative. As a representative of arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every customer

  • Handle cash transactions, including processing payments, making change, and counting cash back
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and parking garage
  • Assemble trucks from the parking garage and operate equipment to move trucks from the parking garage to inside the store
  • Clean bathrooms, sales floor, and parking garage on a case-by-case basis
  • Be available to help partners across the store as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Represent arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner, embodying our company values and mission

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move equipment as needed
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as a cashier or sales associate

  • Knowledge of retail operations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
