Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of business intelligence and analytics solutions. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our innovation team to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll have the opportunity to work with a range of data sources, including financial, workforce, product safety, and delivery datasets.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply your analytical skills and business acumen to solve complex problems and drive business decisions

• Collaborate with our innovation team to design and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
• Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts

Preferred Qualifications
