Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, working remotely from the comfort of your own space. You'll be the face of our company, ensuring that our clients receive timely updates on their orders and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

* Call and email clients to provide updates on their orders, ensuring timely and accurate communication

  • Work from a set list of priority orders, contacting and updating clients on the status of their orders
  • Utilize internal systems to track and notate work, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis, with the ability to maintain this authorization in the future

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
