Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks® solutions to provide both basic and advanced technical support to customers Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers Act as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to our software development team Participate to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions

Qualifications

Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field Have experience with CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes Be willing to travel between Canada and the United States Demonstrate a client-focused approach by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs Please note that this is a fully remote position with regular travel required across the United States.
