Aufgaben Plan and deliver educational activities adapted to each student’s individual needs Provide personalized academic and personal progress support Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment Identify specific student needs and propose suitable teaching strategies Qualifikation Degree or background in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or related fields Previous experience working with individuals with support needs or special educational needs (desirable) Ability to design and adapt learning materials to individual requirements
