VP, Global Business Development | Cornerstone Relocation Group We’re not looking for a salesperson. We’re looking for a builder. What Success Looks Like Win the right business ~ not just more business Build trusted relationships with senior executives Influence how clients think ~ not just respond to RFPs Drive a focused, high-quality pipeline with strong conversion Operate shoulder-to-shoulder with leadership to shape growth What You’ll Do Drive Growth Identify and win high-value opportunities across global markets Execute strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth Lead complex RFPs and presentations with confidence Build Relationships Engage Fortune 500 and Global 2000 leaders Position yourself as a strategic advisor ~ not a vendor Navigate complex stakeholder environments Sell with Insight Translate client challenges into tailored mobility strategies Bring a consultative, insight-led approach Help clients make better ~ not just faster ~ decisions Work as One Team Partner across Client Relations, Marketing, Finance, and Operations Deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience Maintain disciplined pipeline management (HubSpot) Compensation & Benefits Cornerstone offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, performance-based incentives, 401K match and comprehensive benefits. We are committed to equity, transparency, and supporting your success - professionally and personally. Base salary range: $120,000–$140,000 annually. This role is also eligible for commissions.

Qualifications
