About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Adhering to company policies and guidelines in all interactions and data handling processes

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our systems + Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness + Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors

• Live Chat Support:
