Our Central Operations Team at arenaflex is seeking an experienced customer support specialist in India to support arenaflex network countries on contract management.

Responsibilities

As a customer support specialist in our Central MMA team, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting Up MMA Agreements in ATURB: Once a new agreement is signed, you will support local divisions in setting up the agreement in ATURB as per the scoped agreed between sales and customer.
  • Yearly update of MMA agreements: In case of any change in scope, material, service packages, etc., you will update the agreements accordingly.
  • Data clean-up of the agreement: You will perform data clean-up of the agreement as per the requirements.
  • Creation of service recommendation: You will create periodic service recommendations for customers based on the maintenance budget.
  • Creation of budgets: You will create maintenance budgets for MMA customers based on the yearly maintenance scheduler and remarks from a previous service job.
  • Support on setting up and calculation of Turb Lifecycle Care and Turbo Marine Care: You will provide support on setting up and calculation of these services.
  • Support on execution of the projects in SAP S4 Hana: You will provide support on executing projects in SAP S4 Hana.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Formal education and certification: A relevant university degree in Business or Engineering is required. English language proficiency is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in global customer support, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy engineering company.
  • Knowledge and skills: Knowledge of O365 tools and personal attributes such as strong customer service orientation, ability to switch between tasks quickly, and ability to handle multiple stakeholders across geographies.
