Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative / General Call Center, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take orders, answer questions, and provide product and service information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including customer interactions, orders, and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Dispatch and Billing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources for equipment, verifying medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders.
  • Meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service.
  • Make sales or recommendations for products or services that complement customer needs, as applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 6 months of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a medical equipment or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Attention to detail, with strong data entry skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including strong typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and resolving issues.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role.

  • Knowledge of medical equipment, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.

Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • Regular sitting, talking, and hearing, with frequent typing and computer use.
  • Occasional standing and walking, with the ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities, including close vision.
