College and Career Consultant
Job Description:
- Provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to high school students
- Respond to messages from students or parents within 24 hours
- Report student progress, fill out surveys, and keep accurate records in our system
- Participate in continuous learning and training sessions
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate student (2-year or 4-year) — first-years eligible after their first semester
- Minimum 3.4 GPA
- Strong communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for helping others
- Flexible schedule (5 open hours/week)
- Positive, self-starting, and trustworthy
- No criminal record
- Bonus points if you: Are a first-generation, Speak another language, Come from a rural community, Identify as a person of color, Are an international or transfer student, Are a D1-D3 student athlete
