Remote Copay Assist/ Intake Coordinator (1+ yr EXP REQ Infusion, EST Time Zone)

Horizon Infusions is seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator as well as someone who has experience with Copay Assist to support patient onboarding, referrals, and insurance authorization processes. This role is often the first point of contact for new patients and plays a key role in ensuring timely access to infusion services. What You’ll Do

  • Process new referrals, including insurance verification and prior authorizations
  • Communicate with patients to review benefits, copays, and next steps before start of care
  • Document benefit and authorization details accurately in intake/practice management systems
  • Manage ongoing patient changes (insurance, medication, dosage, provider, location)
  • Maintain prior authorization renewals for active patients
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, payers, and referring offices

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in infusion healthcare intake, referrals, insurance verification, or prior authorization required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
