We are placing an Internal Recruiter on behalf of our US-based client operating within the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) space, providing therapy services to children with autism across multiple locations. This is a high-volume recruitment role focused on sourcing and onboarding ABA Therapists. You will be embedded within the client’s operations, playing a key role in ensuring a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates to support ongoing service delivery. This is not a commission-based role. Role Summary The Recruiter will be responsible for high-volume candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding, specifically for ABA therapist roles. You will focus on identifying candidates from diverse backgrounds such as education, psychology, childcare, and related fields, assessing their suitability to work with children with special needs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage large candidate pipelines, and efficient coordination across recruitment and onboarding processes. PLEASE NOTE: Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (15:00 PM – 00:00 AM South African time – subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States as well as the operational requirements of the Company). You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role. Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Conduct high-volume outreach via platforms such as Indeed, email, and SMS
  • Engage with candidates from relevant backgrounds (e.g., teachers, psychology students, caregivers, nannies)
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates

Screening & Interviews

  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews (Teams/Zoom) using provided templates
  • Assess candidate suitability for working with children with special needs
  • Evaluate key behavioural traits such as patience, communication, and reliability

Interview Reporting

  • Compile detailed interview summaries and candidate evaluations
  • Submit structured reports to the Operations Director to support hiring decisions

Onboarding & Administration

  • Coordinate offer processes, including contract distribution
  • Enroll successful candidates into required training programs (e.g., 40-hour certification course)
  • Liaise with training teams and follow up on candidate progress
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and timeously

Brand Representation

  • Maintain a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Represent the client’s brand effectively to attract and retain top talent

Industry Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring
  • Experience sourcing candidates via platforms like Indeed or similar job boards
  • Exposure to healthcare, education, childcare, or behavioral health environments is advantageous

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English)
  • Ability to manage high-volume workflows and multiple candidates simultaneously
  • High attention to detail in interview assessments and reporting
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer systems
  • Experience with ATS platforms or CRM systems is beneficial
  • Comfortable using communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and SMS platforms
