Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll oversee the live chat operations, train and mentor a team of live chat agents, and develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supervising and overseeing the live chat operations to ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Training, mentoring, and coaching a team of live chat agents to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitoring chat volumes and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Developing strategies to improve the overall customer experience through the live chat platform
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer service initiatives
  • Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Providing coaching and feedback to live chat agents to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing live chat operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure setting
  • Resourceful and confident in decision-making
  • Excellent persuasion and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a similar company

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
