Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling and promoting our services to customers when required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional service and support. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a passion for delivering top-notch service
  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a reliable internet connection and a clean and quiet workspace
  • High School Graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and the ability to type 25 wpm

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN

  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace to ensure your productivity and focus
