Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representative Agents to join our team as part-time focus group panelists. As a remote-based position, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and participate in online or in-person discussions. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
- Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participate fully in discussions, and provide honest feedback on products and services
Essential Qualifications
* Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service representative agent experience is not necessary, but a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
