Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team. As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines that support our business operations. You'll work closely with our data scientists, product managers, and engineers to ensure that our data pipelines are scalable, reliable, and efficient. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with our data pipelines, as well as implementing new features and enhancements to improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using cloud-based technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS

  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to understand business requirements and design data pipelines that meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, SQL, and other programming languages
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data pipelines, including data quality, performance, and scalability issues
  • Implement new features and enhancements to improve the performance and reliability of our data pipelines
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our data pipelines are integrated with other systems and applications
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows and scripts to streamline data pipeline development and deployment
  • Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement data governance and security policies

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support
  • Strong experience with Python and SQL, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS
  • Experience with source control systems such as GitLab or GitHub
  • Experience with Docker and containerization
  • Strong understanding of data governance and security policies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases

  • Experience with data science and machine learning technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery
  • Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
