Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and outgoing customer service representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Functions: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and communicated effectively.
  • Presentation and Explanation of Fees: Present and explain fees to clients, processing payments and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Product and Service Education: Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, including heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control.
  • Medical Records Management: Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Hospital Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the removal of animal waste and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll be the face of arenaflex, so excellent communication skills are a must. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Customer Service Experience: You'll need to have experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pet-related industry.
  • Time Management Skills: You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: You'll need to be detail-oriented, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Flexibility: You'll need to be flexible, willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a Veterinary or Pet-Related Industry: If you have experience working in a veterinary or pet-related industry, that's a definite plus!
  • Experience with Medical Records Management: If you have experience managing medical records, that's a great asset!
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software: If you have experience using CRM software, that's a definite plus!
