Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and driving business growth through data analysis and process improvement. You'll work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members to achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively

  • Collaborate with the Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement process improvements, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with the Inbound Operations team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, products, and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or psychology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
