As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for:- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, anticipating and meeting their needs with proactive solutions.
- Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and exceeding customer expectations.
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, offering personalized suggestions to enhance the customer's experience.
- Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, providing expert guidance to Card Members.
- Accommodate the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge, you will need:- A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience, is highly desirable.
- A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, anticipating and meeting their needs with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- The ability to listen to the customer's needs and offer confident recommendations, providing expert guidance and support.
- Exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, consistently demonstrating arenaflex's values and standards.
- The ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, working together to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Make quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively in a customer environment, leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience.
- Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems.
- Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient, remaining flexible and responsive to changing customer needs and expectations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that the Centurion Lounge is always staffed and ready to serve Card Members.
