The Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the stability and reliability of our systems. You'll be responsible for:
- Screening, identifying, and resolving issues of varying complexity
- Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our systems
- Developing innovative and practical solutions to resolve non-routine issues
- Creating tools to automate processes, organization, and monitoring
- Applying your knowledge of system strategies, plans, and investigation methods
A Great Deal About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with container-based solutions like Docker
- Knowledge of one programming language, such as Python or JavaScript
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences and engineers from diverse backgrounds
Favored Capabilities
While not required, the following skills will give you a competitive edge:
- Knowledge of one system language, such as C, C++, Go, or Rust
