Position:

Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Description

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through sales and customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding customers through their order and processing them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology
  • Communicating with positive, friendly customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Helping customers navigate their accounts and resolving product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions
  • Providing knowledgeable and accurate answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
  • Working with internal departments to meet our customers' needs and resolve complex issues
  • Submitting quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred + 2+ years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus + Bilingual a plus but not required

Essential Skills:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively + Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems and tools + Strong customer service and sales skills, with a focus on relationship-building and quality service

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in the technology or sales industry + Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement platforms + Strong organizational and time management skills
