Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data quality, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to customer information, product data, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with data entry software and systems a plus
