The Role

As a Manager Strategy - Customer Experience - Remote at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing our interconnected business strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, leading strategic projects, and ensuring alignment across various functions to enhance customer experiences. You'll create compelling presentations and materials to communicate insights and strategies to senior leadership, influencing change within one of the world's leading retailers.

Key Responsibilities

* Stay abreast of external developments to identify opportunities and threats in competitive and market intelligence.

  • Leverage internal and external research to develop insights and solutions, creating compelling documents for executive audiences.
  • Address business problems by structuring issues and prioritizing analyses during the planning process.
  • Drive one or more interconnected strategy and operational execution workstreams.

Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong skills in quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functionally.
  • High degree of drive and personal ownership.
  • Comfort with framing and addressing ambiguous challenges.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice-to-Haves

* Previous work experience in world-class retail or ecommerce, or in professional services such as strategy consulting, private equity, or investment banking supporting retail/ecommerce businesses.

  • MBA or Master's degree.
