The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Support Service Representative, you will be the voice of our customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving complex technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Collaborating with our Innovation team to identify and address support issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Gathering customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement
  • Working closely with our Marketing team to create engaging customer success stories and case studies
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices

Key Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or customer success environment
  • Strong technical foundation, with a focus on software development, data analysis, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in a variety of software applications, including CRM systems, project management tools, and collaboration platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a SaaS environment, preferably in a B2B or enterprise setting

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Certification in customer service, technical support, or a related field
