The Role

Requirements

* A minimum of 2 years of solid call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • At least 2 years of background within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's nuances and challenges.
  • Strong computer, typing, and listening skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must be detail-oriented, patient, empathetic, and communicative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
