Job Summary

As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer care and support, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. This is a remote work position based in Austin, Texas, US, and we're looking for someone who is energetic, independent, and has a proven track record of successfully managing customer care teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements
