Responsibilities
As a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Your primary goal will be to achieve the best resolution for the customer, and you will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Sound judgment and decision-making skills

- Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
