Job Summary

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your passion for public service, combined with your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels in a friendly, knowledgeable, and timely manner

  • Provide accurate and thorough information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, identify solutions, and implement resolutions
  • Log and track customer interactions, including complaints, compliments, and suggestions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
  • Work a rotating on-call schedule to cover unexpected call center staffing shortages

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • One year of work experience in customer service, preferably in a public-facing role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to learn new software systems and technology quickly
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting technology-related problems
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with public transportation systems and services
  • Knowledge of Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Jacksonville, and Sherwood areas
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities
