Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you'll be responsible for managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll also have the opportunity to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest developments.

Responsibilities

* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping us to build strong relationships with our customers
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary

  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in chat software and CRM systems
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
  • Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
  • Must be able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM - 8PM, with a focus on developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

Requirements

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
