Federato drives better business outcomes. What You'll Be Doing: Annotate insurance-related documents and artifacts with precision and consistency. Create and refine annotation schemas in collaboration with the AI team. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for annotation. Organize and distribute tasks efficiently within the team to maintain high throughput and quality. Evaluate annotated data to ensure consistently high accuracy. Provide feedback on ambiguous or unclear cases to improve schema and guidelines. Use and maintain various annotation tools to facilitate efficient labeling. Train and onboard new annotators, ensuring consistency in annotation approaches. Identify gaps in annotation schema or SOPs to expand coverage or to improve accuracy and efficiency. Who We Hope You Are: Preferred but not required - Insurance industry experience - understanding of the core concepts and documents Preferred but not required - experience annotating or analyzing insurance documents. Experience using basic technical tools such as Excel, Word, Slides. Attention to detail. Logical thinking and execution. Please note this is a part-time position (20-30 hrs/week). Our hourly rate for this role is targeted at $20-25/hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
