Telehealth Physician (MD or DO)

• Communicate with prospective patients and patients via appropriate channels
• Proactively reach out to patients to ensure the plan of care and customer journey is executed.
• Deliver high standard quality medical care
• Review patient files and recommendations as needed to meet required standards of care and Company’s quality assurance standards.
• Issue such prescriptions or modify existing prescriptions based on Contractor’s review of patient files and as may be needed in Contractor’s professional judgment.
• Follow best practices and legal requirements for patient care.
• Conduct visits for hormone optimization patients
• Complete patient assessments, review lab diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and treatment responses
• Document care accurately in EMR systems
• Collaborate with providers to ensure the plan of care and customer journey are executed.

Requirements

• Valid license as a Physician in one or all of the following: Mississippi, Missouri, South Carolina, and/or Puerto Rico.
• Prior experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, and accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to handle diverse populations including geriatrics.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinic and/or telehealth setting.
